From the Manager:
Due to limited space, the parking of trailers and boats WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED. The ONLY PARKING OF BOATS AND TRAILERS WILL BE IN THE TEN (10) SPOTS ON THE NORTH END OF THE PARKING LOT. THESE WILL BE ASSIGNED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.
If an owner is interested in reserving a spot, please send Lora an email at lora@harborcovehs.com and she will forward an application. No completed applications/fees will be accepted prior to April 1, 2022. The parking spot will be assigned and any item in the spot must be registered and tagged.
Any owner that has guests or renters that will be bringing trailers/boats can reserve spots at the City parking lot. This lot is located behind the City of Harbor Springs Police Station. There is a $5/night fee and items can be in the lot for a period of up to two weeks. Reservations can be made at the City of Harbor Springs Police Department (231) 526-6211.
PLEASE LET RENTERS AND GUESTS KNOW THAT THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BRING TRAILERS AND BOATS ONTO HARBOR COVE PROPERTY. Boats and Trailers brought onto Harbor Cove property will result in a fine for the unit.
