| From the manager: Hello all Harbor Cove Phase I Co-Owners! I hope you are all getting a chance to get out and enjoy this beautiful weather. I wanted to take a minute to let you all know that Colin and his crew will be starting the exterior paint job on MONDAY, JUNE 21, 2021. They will begin with units #21- #23 then moving onto units #17-#20 and finishing with units #13-#16. Please plan accordingly and alert all guests/renters.
